Products & Pricing

We do our best to display products, colours, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your display renders them exactly as they appear in person. Prices, availability, and product details are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order.

Orders & Payment

An order is offered by you and accepted by us only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you once the parcel is delivered to the address provided.

The site, the tripplem name and logo, product designs, imagery, text, graphics, and all other content are owned by tripplem or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the site without our prior written consent, except that you may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use.

User Content

If you submit content to us (for example, tagging us on social media or emailing photos), you grant tripplem a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our brand and marketing, with attribution where reasonably possible.
