Dispatch

Orders leave the studio within 1–3 business days. During new capsule releases, please allow up to 5 business days. Tracking is sent by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight — typically 3–5 business days within Europe and 7–14 business days outside.

Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over €150.

Duties & Taxes

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country. These are collected by the local carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes

Shipping details can be updated within one hour of order placement — email us at weartripplem@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order enters fulfilment we can no longer redirect it.

Lost or delayed

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or delivery is confirmed but the parcel hasn't arrived, email weartripplem@gmail.com and we'll open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
