Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. During new capsule releases and sale periods, processing can extend up to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Domestic Shipping

Standard domestic shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping is available at checkout and typically arrives in 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping is included on all domestic orders over $150.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the price at checkout and are collected by the local carrier or customs office on delivery.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You can also follow your order at any time from the Track Order page.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or a delivery is confirmed but you have not received the parcel, email weartripplem@gmail.com with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Address Changes

We can update a shipping address within one hour of order placement. After an order enters fulfilment we can no longer redirect it. Please double-check your details at checkout.
