Final sale

Every tripplem piece is produced in limited runs, so all orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect colour selection.

Faulty or damaged pieces

If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or damage in transit, email weartripplem@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Wrong item shipped

If we shipped the wrong piece, contact us within 7 days and we'll cover return shipping and send the correct item.

Sizing

Because we can't accept size exchanges, please check the size guide on each product page before ordering and reach out if you're unsure — we're happy to help you pick.
