How do your sizes run?

Our cuts are relaxed and boxy by design. If you're between sizes, size down for a closer fit or stay true-to-size for the intended silhouette. Every product page includes a size chart with garment measurements in centimetres and inches.

Do you offer half sizes or extended sizing?

We currently produce sizes XS through XXL. We do not offer half sizes. Extended sizing is planned for future capsules — join the newsletter for updates.

How should I care for my pieces?

Wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery. Detailed care instructions ship with every order and are listed on each product page.

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During drops and sale periods this can extend to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on domestic orders over $150. Otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout based on your region.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Reach out within one hour of ordering to weartripplem@gmail.com and we'll do our best. Once an order enters fulfilment it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Almost never. Once a piece sells through, it stays retired. We prefer archive over abundance.

When do new drops happen?

Main capsules land twice a year with occasional smaller drops in between. Newsletter subscribers get early access before public release.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Additional local methods appear at checkout based on your region.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
